Don't be lazy go get a paper and a pen , write down all your desires , your dreams. [Oh but don't dream of being a mermaid or spiderman ] DREAM IT. VISUALIZE IT. BE EXCITED. We need a catalyst to keep going in life . Make your own !!
3.CELEBRATE SMALL WINS
Appreciate yourself and every small effort that you make. It's the small wins that lead us to the big ones.
4.SPEAK YOUR MIND
Don't hold yourself back.When we hold back our thoughts,desires because we don't want to displease others, that's when we betray ourselves.
5.RECORD HAPPY MOMENTS
Now this one is personally our favourite. Keep a diary if you like journaling or if you don't that's fine too. Get your camera out and record the happy moments ,random happiness -sunsets, puppies,your favourite ice cream, or even you smiling.
6. KEEP LEARNING
Come on it's just one life , GO EXPLORE . It can be anything - A new culture , food, place,books, songs and the saga never ends [lol]. We all have internet [well duh, or else you wouldn't be reading this ]Make use of the internet to educate yourself on something that is out of your academic syllabus .
7. ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE HAPPY
Many of us find it challenging to enjoy a calm, “normal” life. Give yourself permission to enjoy a drama-free existence and focus on finding pleasure in your daily experiences.
If we keep focusing on things we don't have we will remain in the negative mindset,Let's take it this way -if you don't have what you want or need ,earn it . BELIEVE AND YOU ARE HALF WAY THERE. Stop stressing over things that you cannot control rather control how you view it .
