SET YOUR MIND UP
At first you need to decide what your dream is or what you want to achieve . Do you wanna be a writer, chef or a scientist ? You need to decide that first .Your dream may also be to just get a job and be independent or maybe you really want that phone or your dream car.
Remember! No dream is small. You need to work really hard to accomplish your goal or dream. So don't underestimate yourself and start taking baby steps.
SET YOUR BOATS ON FIRE
To achieve a dream you need to be committed to it . Without commitment nothing can be achieved .After you have decided what your dream is , turn it into your goal.Make a habit of working towards that goal everyday because what you do today will affect your tomorrow.

MAKE SHORT TERM GOALS
Set up a small deadlines . Don't be like "Yeah I am gonna be a scientist after an eternity!" NO . If the time span is so large then you will probably feel demotivated and will start procrastinating . Your main goal should be the same but break it into small pieces. 
STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVITY
Stay away from negative people be it a toxic friend, or be it your addiction towards phone ,T.V. etc.

- But no matter what you do in life health always comes first.
- Stop comparing your progress with others because everyone has their own pace.For ex:-one of your friends achieved their goal at the age of 25 but you still haven't.At that time don't tag yourself as a failure.You are walking with your own pace.So,take your time.
- Don't burden yourself with too much work.In the end everything will work out for you.
- Don't give up too soon.Maybe you just have one more step left to achieve success.
