1.FIND WHAT SPARKS YOUR SOUL

Everyone has that one thing that pulls them up from bed and motivates them to work.All you have to do is to find that seed of motivation and start sowing it onto your field of success.It is kind of a forest fire.If you find that one spark everything will fall into place. 


2.ONE STEP AT A TIME-do not be too hard on yourself

Try to keep a realistic goal, for example - let's assume you wake up at 8 everyday and your goal is to wake up at 5 a.m. You can't just set your alarm to 5 the next day and expect your body to adapt to the abrupt change. Give yourself time to adjust - wake up 15 or 20 mins earlier than you usually do and like this your mind will have the time to adjust and your goal will also be accomplished. Your goal may be anything, but keep in mind don't be too tough, there's a difference between being harsh on yourself and being disciplined. 💗



3.BE YOUR OWN CHEERLEADER   
One of the best things you can do is to wake up and say a few positive affirmations. Nobody appreciates you? That's fine. Appreciate yourself, be there for you and be your own cheerleader!
